If you wish to return for any reason at all, please contact us via email within 30 calendar days of delivery firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the return request is acknowledged, you have a further 30 calendar days to physically get the goods back to us. You will obtain a full refund within 14 days of our receipt including outbound postage (minus possible service upgrades such as expedited delivery) unless you are returning a partial order. This is subject to the goods not being fitted or damaged, and that they are complete with all original packaging and manuals. Return costs must be covered by yourself and you are liable for any damage that may be caused by your appointed courier, so please take out adequate insurance to cover all eventualities. We may charge for any missing parts, and we reserve the right to reject a return if it arrives damaged (in which case you must arrange collection of the goods).
If your goods are delivered on a pallet, please keep hold of the pallet in case you need to return them; it is prohibitively expensive for us to deliver a replacement pallet to you.
Damages and Faulty Items
If your goods arrive damaged, do not worry. Simply write "damaged" along with your signature when signing for the delivery and contact us via the email address above for a replacement. If you were unable to check your goods at the point of delivery, it is very important to check them shortly afterwards. Any damages not signed for as such must be reported to us via email within 24 hours of delivery. Damages reported outside of this time period could be reasonably considered to have happened after delivery, and charges may be incurred.
If an item is believed to be faulty, please email our technical support team at email@example.com who will be happy to help resolve the situation. In many cases, it may be possible to save time on the returns procedure by emailing pictures or videos to illustrate the problem so that we can simply send replacement parts out to you.
All our products include a minimum 12-month warranty from the initial point of delivery unless otherwise stated.
We use different couriers for different sizes of products. The majority of our items are small enough to be delivered with parcel couriers, and most areas will have the option of upgrading to a next day delivery service. Some items require a special courier in the form of a pallet delivery company; in this case, we will contact you to make the necessary arrangements so please ensure your contact details are up-to-date.
If you place your order before 1 pm on a normal weekday we will usually dispatch your goods on the same working day. A specific day or time cannot be guaranteed with this service, and average transit times will be noted in the delivery section of the checkout process before paying for your goods. This is generally 2 to 3 days but may vary in peak periods or under special circumstances.
On the rare occasion that you receive a damaged item, please ensure you sign for the goods as "damaged" then contact us by email within 24 hours and we will get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Using this service your item(s) are normally delivered by a next working day courier. If you place your order before 1.00 pm on a normal weekday we will dispatch your goods on the same working day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after the 1.00 pm cut off or during a weekend will be dispatched the following working day on a next working day delivery service.
