Your Contract With Us

1. By ordering from our site you are making an offer to buy the goods.

2. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

3. If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, your order will not be completed and the contract cancelled.

How To Place An Order

1. To place an order with us, browse the site and choose the product(s) you wish to purchase. Once you have made your decision click the "add to basket" button on the desired item(s).

2. Once you have added your products and are ready to make payment. Click the "Click To Checkout" button on the left tab of the screen.

3. You will now be shown a recap of the product(s) you have added to your basket. If you want to make any changes to your basket now is the time to do so. If you do make any alterations click the "Recalculate" to check the amount of money required to place the order.

4. Once you are happy with the goods in your shopping basket click the button at the bottom of the page labelled "Click Here To Confirm Your Order".

5. Now you will be shown a general view of the item(s) you are about to purchase. Please check these once again so there is no error in your choice. Once satisfied click the button at the bottom labelled "Click here to proceed and order securely online".

6. You will now see the secure online payment system (please note the padlock at the bottom of the web window). Please input the required data to process the order.

7. If you require delivery to alternate address please input this in the note box. Please be aware it is the companies decision whether or not to deliver to the alternative address (this is for your security as well as ours).

8. Once all the required fields have been filled click the "Submit" button to place your order.

9. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Delivery

1. Upon placing an order it will be processed ASAP.

2. Goods are normally dispatched the following working day.

3. By ordering you are agreeing to our delivery terms and conditions. Click the "Delivery" tab at the top of the page to see more details.

4. Upon receiving your goods please be sure to check them prior to signing or if someone is accepting the goods on your behalf, please make sure they are aware they must check the goods prior to signing. By signing for your goods you are agreeing that you are happy with the condition of the goods upon receipt. If you receive your goods and they are damaged please sign for the goods as "Damaged" and reject the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any claims made for damage after signing for goods.

5. If a delivery date is arranged with you please make sure someone will be at your address at this time. If we attempt delivery of palleted goods and no-one is available to accept there will be a re-delivery surcharge incurred which must be paid prior to the goods re-delivery and is non-refundable.

Cancellation And Returns

1. You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.

2. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

3. If you cancel you must return the goods at your own expense. Upon notification of cancellation we can arrange for the collection to take place (price on application), a suitable date will be supplied if this is required, that your goods will be collected. If collection is attempted and fails for what ever reason, you will be charged again for another collection, the same applies for collection of faulty units.

4. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us or if there is insufficient packaging during the return delivery which results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

5. Upon receiving your goods we will refund all your moneys paid including outward postage within 30 days (subject to the above conditions being met).

6. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - For example if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, firstly please check our FAQ section, if the answer to the problem is not listed please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
All claims for faults whilst a product is still under warranty will be returned free of charge to us for inspection. If no fault is found or the fault was caused due to anything other than a manufacturers fault you will be liable to cover the cost for delivery as well as any other reasonable costs incurred by To Your Home Ltd.
If the fault cannot be repaired or replaced To Your Home Ltd will offer a partial refund in exchange for the goods. This is dependant on the condition of the product and the length of time it has been in use.
If a product is repairable/replaceable you are able to request a refund. This will be subject to all delivery costs incurred being paid by the customer and may also involve a further deduction for the condition of goods and time in use. This is all at the discretion of To Your Home Ltd.

Product Dimensions and Specifications

Please allow at least a 1cm variation in sizes as there may be slight increases/decreases in product sizes.
The product specifications given where correct at the time of printing. We are constantly trying to improve our products and they are subject to change without notice. Please be sure you are happy with the specifications prior to while ordering.

These terms were last changed on 21/06/2007.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
