  • What happens if I receive my products damaged?


  • Please be sure to inform the delivery driver and ask them to return them to us. Do not accept damaged products. Once you have done this please contact us immediately and let us know what has happened.

  • When should I expect delivery?


  • Goods are normally dispatched the following working day after placing an order. For larger wine fridges we will call to arrange delivery, for smaller wine fridges they are normally dispatched on a next working day delivery basis.

  • What payment methods do you accept?


  • We accept Paypal accounts, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Switch and Solo. We do this for your convenience and security.

  • Do you have a showroom so I can see the products before I buy them?


  • No, we are entirely an Internet-based company. We make massive savings by doing this and pass these savings directly onto our customers. We attempt to supply all required details on our website, if you have any questions however, please feel free to e-mail us at sales@toyourhome.co.uk

  • How do you sell your products at such low prices and still be profitable?


  • All our wine coolers are manufactured by our sister company and therefore as we are all under the same umbrella as such you don't have to pay for any one else to earn money.

  • I have installed my wine fridge but I cannot get it to stay at a certain temperature or it goes below the refrigeration range, what should I do?


  • If this is the case it is normally due to the environmental temperature where the cooler is located. Please remember that this is a fridge and does not heat the air inside. It can only lower the temperature to the range specified. You need to make sure that the environmental temperature is correct long exposure to this may cause damage.

  • I have emailed you but no-one has emailed me back?


  • Please allow upto 2 working days to receive a response to any email, we try and give each customer a pleasurable experience however, this does mean spending extra time with each customer to make sure you all have the exceptional service that we try to offer.
