IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFO
PLEASE NOTE: Upon receiving your goods please be sure to check them prior to signing or if someone is accepting the goods on your behalf, please make sure they are aware they must check the goods prior to signing. By signing for your goods you are agreeing that the you are happy with the condition of the goods upon receipt. If you receive your goods and they are damaged please sign for the goods as "Damaged" and reject the delivery.
ALL DELIVERIES ARE CURB SIDE ONLY. YOU MUST ARRANGE FOR THE GOODS TO BE TAKEN IN TO YOUR PROPERTY AFTER DROP OFF AT CURB SIDE.
Dihl WF-12,WF-18, WF-21 and WF-28 Your wine fridge will be dispatched on a 48 hour delivery basis using DHL. 90% of goods are delivered the following working day. You will receive an email showing details of your delivery and you can keep track of your orders status online.
If you have specified a prefered delivery day we will make every effort to ensure your order arrives on this day.
Excluding all public and bank holidays.
We cannot give an estimated time of arrival on this item. If you are not going to be in for the delivery please supply a better day for delivery and we will do our best to get it arranged for you.
If you are not in when delivery is attempted your address will be carded by the delivery driver. Please follow the directions of the card to rearrange delivery.
If two deliveries are attempted and both fail there will be an extra charge of £18 incurred to reattempt delivery, or alternatively you can arrange to collect the item from your local depot.
Dihl WF-32D, WF-60, BF-98, BF-106, BF-168 and BF-320
Your wine fridge will be dispatched on a 2-5 working day delivery basis.
Roughly 1-2 working days after dispatch our delivery company will call you on the number you supply with your order to arrange a delivery date with you.
When you arrange the delivery date with the delivery company please be sure to make sure someone is available to accept the delivery.
PLEASE BE AWARE. If the delivery company attempts delivery on the arranged date and no-one is available, there will be re-delivery charge (price on application, dependant on location). Alternatively, you may collect the item from your nearest depot.
If you require delivery to an address other than the address registered to your credit/debit card please ensure you supply details when ordering (at the discretion of To Your Home Ltd). Changing your address after dispatch may incur a surcharge dependant on the delivery company.
Wine Racks & Accessories
Your wine accessory/rack will be dispatched on a 24 hour delivery basis using Interlink Express. 90% of goods are delivered the following working day. You will receive an email showing details of your delivery and you can keep track of your orders status online.

If the goods are held in the depot for 4 working days they will be automatically returned to us, if this happens there will be a re-delivery charge of £18. If goods are returned and you choose to cancel your order there is still a £15 charge for the return delivery.
Beer Fridges
Your beer fridge will be dispatched on a 2-5 working day delivery basis.
Roughly 1-2 working days after dispatch our delivery company will call you on the number you supply with your order to arrange a delivery date with you.
When you arrange the delivery date with the delivery company please be sure to make sure someone is available to accept the delivery.

All pallet deliveries
Please remember, all deliveries made by pallet are curb side deliveries. Our delivery company are unable to deliver into a premises so you will need to make arrangements to accomodate this, failure to do so may result in surcharges being incurred. Please also keep in mind that all pallet deliveries are made on a 7.5T wagon and it is your responsibilty to inform us if there is limited space to access your property. Failure to do so may result in extra charges being incurred.
All Deliveries
Please note, delivery drivers cannot park on double yellow lines. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure there is sufficient and legal parking. |
